How to fix Touch Screen Not Working problem

Please re-enable touch screen
How to re-enable your touch screen:
Step 1:On your keyboard, press the Windows+R key at the same time to invoke the Run box.
Step 2:Type devmgmt.msc and click OK.
Step 3:In Device Manager, double click Human Interface Devices to expand the category.
Step 4:Right click on HID-compliant touch screen, then select Disable
Step 5:If you see a popup message to confirm, click Yes to confirm.
Step 6:Then on the same Device Manager screen, right click on HID-compliant touch screen, then select Enable.
